These terms apply to merchants who install and use ID within Upload Field.
App purpose
ID within Upload Field provides a product page upload block for Shopify stores. The app stores uploaded files and adds file details to cart and order line item properties.
Merchant responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for:
- Choosing where to add the upload block.
- Choosing which file types and file sizes to accept.
- Reviewing uploaded files before using them for production, fulfilment, print, design, or customisation work.
- Making sure customers do not upload illegal, harmful, or sensitive content that the merchant is not allowed to collect.
Uploaded files
Uploaded files are stored so merchants can access them from the related order. The app does not inspect or approve uploaded file contents.
Availability
We aim to keep the app available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. If the app is unavailable, customers may not be able to upload files until service is restored.
Billing
The free plan includes 25 uploads per month. The paid plan is $4.99/month for stores that need more uploads. Billing is handled by Shopify.
Merchants can change or cancel their plan through Shopify. Paid access continues only while Shopify reports an active qualifying subscription.
Acceptable use
The app must not be used to collect malware, illegal material, or highly sensitive information such as payment card details, passwords, government identification, or health records.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, ID within is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, production mistakes, or losses caused by a merchant or customer uploading, approving, or using the wrong file. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination
Merchants can stop using the service by uninstalling the app. We may suspend access where necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or respond to misuse.

Changes
We may update these terms as the app changes. Continued use of the app means the merchant accepts the updated terms.
