These terms apply to merchants who install and use Simple Bundle Deals. Installing the app means you accept them.
The service
Simple Bundle Deals provides an embedded Shopify app that creates and manages one automatic Shopify Function discount for one simple mix-and-match bundle rule.
V1 app limit
Simple Bundle Deals currently supports one active automatic bundle deal for one tagged product group.
The app does not currently support multiple bundle groups, multiple campaign rules, free gifts, wholesale pricing, tiered discount campaigns, or visual product-page bundle builders.
Merchants should test the discount rule before relying on it for live sales.
What the app does not guarantee
The app depends on Shopify's discount, cart, checkout, product, and billing systems. It does not guarantee increased sales, higher conversion, compatibility with every other discount app, or compatibility with every checkout/customization setup.
The app does not provide tax, pricing, consumer-law, or legal advice. You are responsible for deciding whether your discount wording, pricing, and promotion rules are suitable for your store and jurisdiction.
Your responsibilities
- Choosing which products receive the simple-bundle-deal tag.
- Understanding that V1 supports one tagged product group.
- Testing the cart and checkout journey before relying on the rule for live orders.
- Making sure the discount value and customer message are accurate.
- Checking compatibility with other active discounts and apps.
- Updating or disabling the rule when your promotion changes.
Billing
The app costs $4.99 per month. Billing is handled entirely by Shopify through Shopify App Pricing and appears on your Shopify invoice. Charges, refunds, and cancellations follow Shopify's billing terms. Uninstalling the app cancels the subscription.
Availability
We aim to keep the app available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The app depends on Shopify and on our hosting provider, and may be unavailable during outages or maintenance.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the app is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost sales, discount configuration mistakes, or indirect or consequential loss.
Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue the app, and will give reasonable notice where we can.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
